I've been renting one of their properties for over two years now and have to say, what an absolute delight it has been during this time. 
I had, on occasion, to bring to their attention an appliance that had reached the end of its life. As ever, Barbara promptly arranged and dealt with it ASAP and had it replaced swiftly. 
I have a sense of care from Barbara and the team and ultimately, even though I rent the property, they behave like it's my home and that is a rare and important feeling to have. 
 The surrounding properties are also owned by the same landlord and all of them are occupied by decent and respectable families. It's very clean and quiet and knowing how important that is for the landlord, I have peace of mind that this will continue to be the case for the future.
